Ron ‘R.J.’ France


Ron began his career with Paragon in 1988 having completed his Humanities Degree at York University. He has worked in all facets of the contract security business prior to becoming the President of Paragon in 1994. Under his leadership the company has grown to over 4,000 employees and Paragon has developed a managerial, process driven corporate culture.



Kevin Sanjari

Senior V.P. Operations

Kevin is our Senior Vice President of Operations and has been with the company since 1987.

Prior to his employment with Paragon, Kevin was an instructor in biathlon and physical education.


Bud Ralph, C.A.

V.P. Finance

Bud joined Paragon in 2002 as Vice President of Finance. His management responsibilities include Payroll, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Corporate Risk and Legal Management, Financial Reporting and Business Planning.


Paul Eccleston  

V.P. Operations

Paul’s career in the Canadian security business began with Canadian Protection Services in 1983, shortly after relocating from England. He was introduced to the corporate world during various security assignments in the GTA, and in particular the large Corporate buildings in the Downtown Financial District.


Michael Fernandes

V.P. Residential Division

Mike began his career as a Security Guard in 1993 while attending Sheridan College in the Law and Security Administration Program, of which he graduated with a Loss Prevention Management Diploma in 1994.  


Paul Carson

V.P. Western Operations

Paul has been in the security business since 1986. He began his career as a security guard working for a multi-national security agency in Burlington Ontario, from there he moved into retail loss prevention and used those disciplines to move into the contract security management vertical. 


Hamed Fallahnia  

V.P. Information Technology

His experience in the Information Technology sector includes major design and development projects for the medical industry and the military.


Ted Salter   

V.P. Emeritus

Ted joined Paragon in 1995 and within a few years was promoted to Vice President. In this role Ted’s responsibilities included the HR Department, Consulting, Investigations, Training and Uniform Stores.
